House of Klara presents uniquely curated collections, handcrafted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We pride ourselves on using 18 karat recycled gold and ethically-sourced stones from across the globe.

Bespoke Items: Crafted with precision and attention to detail, these made-to-order pieces typically require 2-8 weeks (excluding holidays) for production and delivery.

Limited Collection Items: For ready-made or made-to-order pieces within our exclusive collections, anticipate a 7-14 working day window for shipping and delivery, especially if alterations or resizing are needed. However, ready-to-wear (one off) pieces without alterations can be expected to ship within 2-10 working days.

Packaging: In line with our commitment towards sustainability and not producing more than we need, orders that are 2,000 USD and above will be sent in our full sustainable premium packaging and orders below 2,000 USD will be sent in our minimal sustainable packaging which does not include our premium HOK box.  

For security, all deliveries mandate a signature and proof of ID. If unavailable, a rescheduled delivery will be necessary. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, orders will revert to House of Klara headquarters.

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

At House of Klara, we strive for impeccable customer service and want all our customers to be delighted with their purchases. However, as each piece is handmade, bespoke, and limited, outside of repairs and claims for defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon delivery, please email hello@houseofklara.com for a repair authorization within 12 hours of receiving your order so we can further investigate. Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned unless a mistake was made or if repair is needed. All of our jewelry pieces go through rigorous assessment, are quality checked and documented before packaging and shipping. 

Please note we cannot accept returns for repair or modifications if the piece is not returned in its original packaging. The piece will be sent back to the customer as-is if the item or packaging has been tampered with. 

Faulty Items:

Our jewelry undergoes rigorous quality inspections before dispatch. Damage from mishandling, such as stones falling out, isn't deemed a manufacturing fault and won't qualify for an exchange. For care guidance, please refer to our website's care instructions. We may decline returns or repairs for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage that has incurred after months of use without proper care
  • If you have taken a House of Klara piece to be re-sized by other jewelers and there was improper care or handling
  • Chipped or broken stones

However, please do contact us with your concerns and we will provide advice or fix the item at our discretion.

Sizing:

We list all our measurements in our products, however, if you are unsure about your ring, wrist, or neck size, we highly recommend visiting your local jeweler or any jewelry store to get your exact measurements. It’s a very quick and easy process!

However, if you are living in the U.A.E, we are available for appointments if you wish to take your measurements with us in person.

Please note that we strictly follow ring sizing based on the ring tools we use, to ensure your piece fits perfectly. However, our bodies change all the time. Short-term finger size can change but often resolve on their own. For example, many people find that their finger size changes throughout the day. A ring that fits a little too tightly in the morning will fit better in the afternoon. The best thing to do is to be patient and wait for your finger size to normalize. Water retention, pregnancy, weight gain, weight loss, bloating, stress, etc.. are all normal and will contribute to changes in ring sizes. It is important to go for the ring size you normally know fits you best as we cannot resize our organic ring designs or pieces. Resizing or trying to fix it on your own or with another jeweler can cause damage to the ring and ruin the design. We are not responsible or liable for any damages or changes that are attempted by someone else. 

 

ORDER POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS

Ready-made items within our limited collections:

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund, less the 4% payment processing fee. However, after 12 hours, you may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee, based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed.

Please check with your personal bank regarding refund timings as most Banks take between 7-14 working days to issue the refund.

 

Bespoke and personalized pieces:

A minimum deposit of AED 2,500 is required for all Bespoke orders upon consultation.

Please note that all bespoke and customized pieces require a non-refundable deposit of AED 2,500 in order for us to start the process of creating your concept upon initial consultation. 

Every piece is uniquely designed and handcrafted for the client from scratch so providing precise prices upon initial consultation is very difficult.

Furthermore, with our expertise on colored gemstones, individual gemstones are totally unique and price depends on size, cut, color, clarity, origin and many other factors such as design, and gold weight as well. 


In general our bespoke pieces start from AED 10,500 to ensure that we are able to source and provide finest gemstones up to our company standards, and quality craftsmanship goes into each and every one of our pieces.

The total cost of the item will be provided to the client upon completion of the approved concept prior to production.

Once approved, we require full payment in order to proceed with production. We will not start production until payment in full has been received.

For reservations on gemstones and diamonds, a deposit of 50% is required, and we can hold your selection for up to 2 weeks. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another gemstone. When we source stones from conflict-free international locations, full payment for the stone is required upfront. This is because we cannot shoulder the financial risk should you change your mind. Rest assured, we will provide high-resolution images and videos of these overseas stones to ensure your satisfaction prior to purchase. However, such payments remain non-refundable.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We are unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. Prices may fluctuate due to consumer demand, inflation, and other contingencies. Offers cannot be combined or used retroactively. We do not offer promotions or personal discounts, unless there is a general offer on the website.
