HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST?

We list all our measurements in our products, however, if you are unsure about your ring, wrist, or neck size, we highly recommend visiting your local jeweler or any jewelry store to get your exact measurements. It’s a very quick and easy process!

However, if you are living in the U.A.E, we are available for appointments if you wish to take your measurements with us in person.

For a simple home polish, use a 100% cotton cloth, gently wiping over surfaces to safeguard the stone. For a deeper clean, we recommend an ultra-soft kid’s toothbrush paired with lukewarm water and a touch of mild blue dish soap. Use gentle strokes to cleanse any grime or buildup inside pendants or rings. Afterward, rinse with cold water and pat dry using a microfiber or 100% cotton towel.

However, refrain from using this method on stones like Opals, Emeralds, Moonstones, and Rubies. These particular gemstones benefit from professional cleaning. We're always here to assist, or you can consult a local jeweler. Additionally, Pearls are especially delicate; entrust their care to professionals for the best results.

Some Extra Tips to be Mindful About

Remove your piece before any exercise, swimming, bathing and sleeping.

Limit your jewelry’s exposure to extreme temperatures, perfumes and cosmetics.

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or household cleaning products.

Store flat in a safe and dry environment, preferably in a jewelry case or your House of Klara box / pouch.

Do not attempt to bend or resize your earrings or rings alone, this can cause damage, scratches and stones falling off.
